C.A. Puneet Kumar Agarwal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2010. He has vast experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, Consultancy of Direct Taxes and Indirect Tax and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He has done audits in various sectors like; Banking sector, Power Sector, Hotel Industries, Cement & steels Manufacturing Industries, Information Technology Industries, Construction Industries, Real Estate Industries and Trading Industries.

He was formerly associated with M/s Rajendra K Goel & Co. (Chartered Accountants) since December, 2010 till March 2023. He handled many Statutory audits of PSUs, Large Corporates (Listed as well as Unlisted Companies), Mid-size corporates, Central Statutory Audit of Bank, Branch audit of Banks. He handled Internal audit of Listed Companies. C.A. Vineet Kumar Agarwal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2013. He has vast experience in the field of Statutory Audit, Consultancy of direct taxes, Design and implementation of Accounting system and providing of various reports including salary sheets and other human resource reports to the management for analysis of business.

He was proprietor of M/s Vineet Kumar Agarwal & Company. He handled many mid-size and small size statutory audits, Tax audits. He has experience mainly in Information Technology Industries, Manufacturing industries, Trusts etc.

Achal Jain, B.Com , CA

Achal is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and B.Com (Hons) from University of Delhi.
He is currently into practise with specialisation in Assurance and Advisory services. Prior to this he worked with Assurance and Advisory practise of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, S.R. Batliboi & Co LLP (Ernst & Young) and Walker Chandiok & Co LLP (Grant Thornton).
He has more than 17 years of post qualification experience in accounting, audits and financial reporting. In his role, Achal has managed statutory audit engagements for several clients with presence in India and overseas. He has also assisted Indian and global companies in transitioning to Ind AS, IFRS, implementing complex accounting guidance related to IFRS, USGAAP and Indian GAAP.
Knowledge of reporting requirements under Ind AS, IFRS, USGAAP and Indian GAAP. Considerable experience in conversions projects - from Indian GAAP to Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP.

CS Shivangi Agarwal is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2014. She has 9+ years of experience in Corporate Laws, Accounts and Taxation. She has experience of working with a listed company for four years and two years with a CA Firm.

She has immense knowledge and her area of expertise lies in the field of Corporate laws, Secretarial Compliances, drafting legal documents, SEBI regulations, Listing Compliances with the Stock Exchanges and Secretarial Audit.

CS Mansi Agarwal is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has experience of 8+ years as practicing Company Secretary. She has experience in handling Incorporation of various Entities, Preparation of Search Report, Due Diligence Report, guidance in Drafting of Share Purchase Agreement and its execution. She is Trademark Agent and deals in Design and Trademark Registration.
